| An award winning project, the corporate offices of Royal Farms and Enroy Fuels made for great neighborhood comaraderie in this historic renovation on 33rd street in the Hampden area of Baltimore, MD. The design team worked to transcend this rundown and abandoned building and restored it back to life. Large openings were made in the brick walls to open up a view all the way to downtown Baltimore. Narrow floor plates provided open work spaces and created a premium executive area any Wall Street executive would envy. |
