| Obrecht Properties was one of Creative Access’ first clients in the early 1990s. Creative Access acts as an ongoing partner with Obrecht, to provide work in their spaces that also considers the needs of their tenants. Work includes space planning and full construction drawings. We provided design consultation for upgrades and renovation to their many office and medical buildings to ensure that building lobbies and public areas remain fresh and new for their current and future tenants. | |||||||
