| Creative Access worked with the esteemed Dr. Lenard Hammer, to design every aspect of this high-tech eye center. Time and planning went into every detail of the facility to meet his individual needs, such as the exact height and reach for light dimmers and the design of work areas within the exam rooms. We studied workflow and chart flow to ensure that the back areas of the office worked as efficiently as the front areas. In addition to providing leasing and tenant improvement budget consultation, Creative Access provided architectural and engineering drawings. Detailed coordination with the equipment vendor was also a necessity in this complex project. |
