| KatzAbosch had outgrown their existing Towson space not only in square footage but in corporate maturity and corporate culture. Creative Access was tasked with providing a completely new corporate image for KatzAbosch in a new location. Creative Access was consulted early-on to determine which prospective building would meet the objectives in regards to space as well as tenant improvement cost. Once the new Timonium space was selected, attention to every detail was planned to include offices for most of the accounting professionals, strategic workflow management planning, and an interior design style that communicated stability and timelessness. |
