| The goal for this project was to relocate the Johns Hopkins Home Care group from their current facility into 55,000 square feet of space in a new building. Creative Access worked to ensure the new design improved the productivity and efficiency of the group, with a more functional layout and better adjacencies. The timeline was extremely aggressive for both planning and construction. To help manage the process and ensure adherence to the demanding timeline, Creative Access provided construction administration services with the general contractor. |
