| Crawford Advisors engaged Creative Access to design a new space for their advisory group that reflected the firm’s traditional style while still creating an updated look and more efficient space plan. The design team was tasked with working within a conservative alteration budget. Creative Access’ consultation services included understanding the terms of the lease in regards to tenant alteration dollars and keeping an updated budget for the design and new layout of the space. With strategic planning and coordination between the building owner and the tenant, the project came in on-budget and met the clients’ desired goals. | |||||||
