Our rigorous project review process ensures quality from the initial project planning phase to the final preparation of construction and permit drawings.

VONDA E. PETERSON, CID, LEED AP
Principal and Owner
As president and founder of Creative Access, Vonda brings vast experience and a unique perspective to the clients as well as to the design team. She plays an active role in projects by providing collaborative consultation and guidance to the design teams. Strong design teams are a result of shared experience and knowledge.

Prior to establishing the company in 1994, Vonda worked for many years in the commercial real estate industry, coordinating with in-house leasing, construction and development for one of the largest developers in the Baltimore area. Her past experience gives her first-hand knowledge of interior construction projects.

In addition to being president of Creative Access, Vonda is involved in numerous professional and civic organizations, providing volunteer leadership and support within the Baltimore Metropolitan area. She is a past President of the Maryland Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers and a former member of the ADA Accessibility Guideline Review Committee in Washington DC. Vonda is a LEED Accredited Professional and brings 22 years of experience to leading the design team.
