CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Once the space plan and interior finishes have been approved, a formal construction drawing package will be prepared. These drawings are then utilized for bid purposes, permit acquisition, and construction. They include plans, elevations, details, legends, schedules, and specifications.

Creative Access provides permit acquisition services. We partner with specialists in this field to facilitate timely and effective approvals.

CONTRACT BIDDING & NEGOTIATIONS
Making sure that you are getting quality workmanship at the best possible price can be a challenge. Creative Access understands the intricacies of construction and can streamline the process to secure bids, review required deadlines, compare contractors, make recommendations, and get the construction process started as quickly as possible.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Once construction begins, Creative Access will facilitate completion of the space in a timely manner. This will include regular site visits, progress meetings, participation and review of shop drawings, submittals and change orders.
